Palia Garden Planner is a fan-made planning tool for the game Palia. The Service provides features including but not limited to:

• Garden layout planning
• Crop and fertilizer management
• Harvest yield calculations
• Save and share functionality

Palia's intellectual property and assets are reserved by Singularity 6. This tool is not affiliated in any way with Singularity 6 or Palia. All game-related content, including names, images, and data, remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Use License

The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Use the Service to plan your gardens in Palia
• Share save codes with other users
• Provide feedback and suggestions

You may not:

• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

• Misrepresent the Service as an official Palia or Singularity 6 product

• The Service will always be available
• Data calculations will be 100% accurate
• Save codes will remain compatible with future versions
